Our Story
Before Worldcraft Tiles became a brand, there was a journey.
Mr. Akshay did not grow up inside boardrooms or factories alone. His understanding of India came from the ground up—from fields, farms, workshops, villages, ports, and industrial towns. He travelled across the country not as a businessman searching for opportunity, but as an observer trying to understand how deeply rooted India’s potential truly is.
He witnessed something extraordinary discipline, resilience, and an instinct for craft that runs quietly through every corner of the country.

In these journeys, he saw hands that knew material instinctively. Clay understood not as a resource, but as a responsibility. Work done not for speed, but for survival, pride, and continuity.

He saw products of remarkable quality being created often without recognition, often without the platform they deserved. At the same time, as he looked outward to global markets in Europe, the UK, USA, Asia. He noticed a contradiction. Buyers were paying more, yet receiving less & less durability, less refinement, less honesty in quality. The world admired Indian capability, but rarely experienced it at its best.
That gap stayed with him
